Quest St Kilda Road

The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Particularly the guy that was on evening shifts Feb 27-Mar 1st. The body wash had a lovely scent and the shampoo and conditioner were actually really good products that left my hair soft and hydrated. The staff were very supportive of Uber eats which was great because I didn't want to go out at night for food on my own. The location was excellent for me as I needed to be near the Alfred Hospital which was an 8 minute walk around the corner. The hotel is also very close to the tram pick-up/drop-off spots and it is a quick 15 minute tram into the CBD. The hotel is walkable distance to parks and the botanic gardens. I also like that the room had cooking equipment and a stove top for if you wanted to make your own meals. I slept really well as the bed was comfy and pillows were good quality. Lastly, it was nice to see they had a gym! I didn't get time to use it this time. Thank you to the staff for making my stay wonderful. I will be staying at Quest again in future!

Our family chose to stay at the Quest when my son races at Msac. Primarily, it was for the good pricing, location, excellent facilities, cleanliness, and layout. But your staff are fabulous, especially Finn. I love getting a text from him asking what we need before we arrive, and it makes the whole stay so easy and pleasurable. Finn is professional, and nothing is a hassle for him. We have encouraged other families to stay too whilst swimming competitions are on. We will never stay anywhere else. I love it! We love Finn and all of your staff!

The room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. Thoroughly impressed. The room was perfect, clean, beds were comfy and everything was great quality. Size and layout were perfect for my teenage son and I. Easy access to anywhere to Melbourne, rooms were quiet and just a lovely stay. Lauren who greeted us earlier than check in was fantastic and her customer service was gold. She was helpful, considerate and had organised a surprise in our room before arrival as we were attending a graduation event. Every hotel should have a "Lauren"

The room was spacious and had everything that we needed, comfortable large bed and the shower was large with a huge shower head... BONUS!! The facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed having the coffee machine in reception. The location was great and parking was so easy, The reception gave us some fantastic suggestions for food and we were very well looked after. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
